Our freeze dried durian are from 'Mon Thong' durian, translated as 'The Golden Pillow'. This type of durian is larger in size and thicker in pieces. At the right season, we select the well ripe and biggest pieces of each durian in order to have our customers enjoy the best part of the fruit. The yellow ripe aromatic durian is perfectly matched with a cup of hot tea afternoon snacks.
